What is Meditation As per my belief and experience meditation has two aspects first on our brain which helps in keeping it healthy. This one is like open secret , very well known. Second and deep side of meditation is that it will bring us to realise our real existence. Makes our soul clean as ganga do whenever we touches the waves. By meditation we come back to our real self like a child's soul free form ego, anger , greediness , fear , insecurity , confusion , self doubts and so on. It brings us to Spiritually Awakening.
